Just got done watching China's World Cup hopes all but ruined. A 14th minute penalty meant Qatar won 1-0, and China would now need a collosal choke from one or both of Qatar and Australia and to win everything to have a real hope. We're as good as through as long as we don't choke at home.

North Korea beat Turkmenistan tonight 1-0 to send them top. If South Korea can't get up against Jordan away, they'd be a chance of missing the next round. They have Turkmenistan away to get points, but then finish against North Korea in Seoul.

Watching Japan vs. Oman now. Japan 1-0 down.

Kewell off wouldn't have phased me if it were for somebody creative like Bresciano or even Carle. It's all well and good to have three strikers out there pushing for the win - but they need service if you expect them to score.
