I wouldn't talk to her again.

As far as I'm concerned, the ball is in her court. If she comes to you with a plausible reason as to why she stood you up then ok, you can give her the benefit of the doubt and talk to her again. Maybe even lay it on thick that it really hurt you and play her up for some pity sex.

Otherwise, if I were you, I wouldn't give her the time of day.

Yeah, from the looks of it she had friends arrive from out of town yesterday to visit. That's cool. A simple: Hey, I'm busy would have saved me half an hour of freezing my balls off.
