Nah would rather a decider at Joberg in game 5.

Lets have 400 plays 400 again like in 2006 now that was a fun match.

If you were a South African

Amazing (or is it?) Mick Lewis unwanted bowling record from that match has stood the test of these times of flat decks

Though Wahib Riaz from Pakistan v poms went close with 0/110

2006 Johannesburg a great match but also a great series. We came back from 2-0 to get to that decider.

Punter and Gibbs made two special centuries that day. But I remember turning it off after seeing our innings. Couldn't believe the scorecard in the morning.

I guess some records are unbreakable. Thanks to Punter's stubbornness - Lewis should never have got 10 years.

Tim Paine must have given Andrew Tye the mercy rule in that match a few years back against the poms they got nearly got 500 in an ODI.

Tye bowled 9 overs for 100. Another over he probably would have broken Lewis broken.

Yeah i didnt know we lost until someone told me at school that monday morning south africa won.

Didn't have a phone back in 2006 to check the score in the morning

I thought he was taking the piss after going to bed after the Aussie innings that the saffers had won.

I was gonna say, there must be quite a few on their way, but hooked well before their 10th over

Just happy to see Davey in the runs. We need the top 4 firing for the WC and he has been a passenger for too long.

Haze started well but ended up getting tonked. Only pacer who conceded under 6 was Stoinis. Still got a few to come back into the team but death bowling should be a priority for us.
