Ponting led me down the wrong road with the catching rule. The bottom half of that ball touches the ground. Ponting backtracked back then...lol.

That Khawaja decision was sheer muppetry at its highest level and proof that this is a circus league. Stevie Wonder could see that ball had hit part of the ground. Shame on Fawad for appealing it in the first place.

Then you have Sams out LBW when there's 2 noises and looks like an edge, but hey, it hit the leg so it's auto-out according to these clowns in the middle.

BBL is going to die. Crowds are down, interest is down, competition is too long, the umpires are guessing, the lack of DRS allows clown decisions to be made.

One thing is for sure...Im sure everybody would agree with it in that the Big Bash has gone backwards. It has numerous issues and they are getting bigger by the season.

One thing nobody has discussed is the banning of Steve Smith from the tournament. Considering recent events with the cancelling of international cricket as well as promoting a home grown product, it is a no brainer to let an Australian rep test player play. Braindead decision. It would also be the only domestic T20 comp in the world where the best players in that country play very minimal to no cricket in it at all.
