I actually don't think conflict and arguments are a bad thing. They're one of the mechanisms by which we become smarter, even if some of them feel dumber at the time.

Im just going to throw it out there.I think alot of the time (not all) pou makes alot of sence.I think he is also right again with saying the person who has made the biggest impact is the person replacing sandow.

We have all gone through hell watching sandow miss so many tackles and we still have alot of the same stock from last yr.I think it shows how important it is to have a half that can tackle.We just have the added bonus that he is just as good in attack.

I think the same side with sandow in it would still be leaking points and thats not to put all the blame on sandow just the fact that you didnt really need a game plan against us with sandow in the side.

Every team seemed to run the same play,run a forward at sandow if someone comes in to help pass it if they dont run over the top of him.

Thats a gameplan - its called, run at the little guy who cant tackle.

And yeah, Foran makes a big difference - he can bring down big forwards one on one and that helps not just physically, it helps build the team mentally. Defense is very much about trust and communication. You have that and you all work together and that makes a massive difference. Foran and Scott are rubbing off on all the others - everyone then lifts their defensive effort a bit and you suddenly have a brick wall.

And i agree - pou knows plenty - he's just a bit overkeen to play devils advocate and people seem to strongly take offence
