Lol oh i'm so sorry, because i dont wank over every player and harrass them after the games i wouldn't know sh*t right? because i don't go to every game but rather watch it on tv due to my present and previous locations? i must be watching another Parramatta eels playing? it doesn't matter live at the game or not i still see the games.

The fact is i've been a supporter since 86 ( six years old, and have seen a sh*t load more games then hellsy would ever imagine ( no disrespect to hellsy) but it's true.

Firstly, your point is based on an assumption not fact. What if we were to assume Parra wins the comp this year and Benny plays centre. A team like Wigan or St. Helens could quite easily throw 450K at him so signing him at 150K a year doesn't seem so bad. Assumptions dont mean much, but what we can factualise is that players like Inu, hayne, Hindy would have been pleading for him to re-sign.

As a supporter, 2008 feels like the most spirited year in a very long time. I feel a sense of bonding beween a group of players I haven't seen before since 1986. This ingredient is the most important ingredient if you want to win tittles and each member of the squad is prepared to except less in terms of money in return for friendship and the possiblity of being part of history and the ultimate prize. That we should all be proud of!

The knee should be fine as I'm sure the club wouldn't be risking it if they thought otherwise. It's funny how we all support the same club but our opinions can vary between player to player. I've always had the opinion that someone like Luke Burt is crap - offers f**k all in attack, and is a speedhump in defense. Admitably, he's proved me wrong 2 yrs running and I still have that gut feeling you have about Smith. Sometimes, you just need to appreciate the fact that he's going to be wearing blue and gold and grit your teeth through it.

Hagan and the rest of the coaches had told him there was a place for him at Parra but not in centre didn't they?
So as NONE of us have even seen him play outside of the centre position in first grade, how on earth any of us are qualified to make judgement is beyond me. Surely the coaching staff know better?

You're trying to tell me why signing B Smith to a four year deal is a good move, i'm telling you otherwise based on the severity of the injury, previously never played there and his form just solid, yet you then refer to me as a 'pork chop' because of my thoughts? when the reality is my opinion does have significant merrit.

And as for Tony Williams? the guy will be a rep player, who knows the extent though? i've been right about Mateo, Smith, Inu etc i don't rely on others opinions, i watch the games myself, and considering my strike rate is pretty damn impressive i consider my judgement worth more then a pinch of sh*t!

Just because you seem to go to every traning session, every game etc doesn't make you a better supporter or better judge, so please get that rubbish out of your argument.
