Way to miss the point. It's totally irrelevant whether any of us would walk away and i agree many wouldn't (more than likely including me) but if i punched some bloke in the gob and a complaint was made about me then i'd also fully expect to cop the consequences of it.

I know the bloke personally who was involved in this particular incident. It was a set up for cash, his best mate was ready with the camera.
