Newtown Jets Vs North Sydney bears. In all seriuosness i believe best result for rugby league would be teams 1 & 2 playing off in the grandfinal

South Sydney v either Broncos/Warriors/Storm/Titans

Weve got the most members out of any other club in the league, as well as having international appeal due to Rusty (mostly in the states) & the South Sydney brand.

Itd also be the best possible outcome for NRL, in terms of South Sydneys history and sucsess

I reckon saints v anyone would be the best GF. Saints are the most famous rugby league club in the world, with the best coach to have ever coached and some of the best players (gasnier, soward etc). Ask anyone in the world who st george dragons are, and 98% will reply "oh the mighty red v from jubilee".

saints have the biggest support in sydney, and have won the most gfs out of any club. they also have the most memberships and dont need to give them away to dead people.

plus they are getting more funding for a new stadium, plus will have a museum! cool!

At least we're not locking people out and keeping money out of a cash strapped league. Wait till we have the success you've had this year, we'll be averaging 30k+ during the season and we'll come close to selling out ANZ in the finals.

You should sell out every home game next year, that means 12 times you will lock out people willing to hand over money. That's criminal in 21st century professional sport.

2. I hope your not in ill health? If you are try to last another 12 months so you can see the pride of the league get back to where we belong. Ideally we beat the Roosters in week 1, Dragons in week 3 and the Broncos on GF day. Verse the broncos we'd win infront of a record tv crowd...we'd probably break membership records the next year.

Sandow will be good, he's got star potential. He needs to work on some things over the offseason which I'm sure he will. He's going to get some good outside backs from the Toyota cup team in the future. And most importantly he's going to get the right 5/8 next to him. Sutton to the back row or utility off the bench, and Matt Mundine goes to 5/8 from toyota cup, he's better than Sutton and will bring out the best in Sandow.

On a serious note, some people are confusing the question. It says "best grand final for rugby league" but they see "best grand final i'd like to see". Personally I'd love to see the Rabbitohs play a Sydney rival. But in terms of what's best for the game as a whole, a major sydney team v a major non sydney team is ideal.
