That is ridiculous. George Bailey , what a turd you are you Mong stanced douche. The batsman was veering away from the wickets. If he felt a direct hit was coming and wanted to get in it's path he would have either carried on his line, or moved off the pitch.

You George, are a goose.

"Just in case the Law was not clear enough, the ICC Playing Conditions for Twenty20 international cricket state:

For the avoidance of doubt, if an umpire feels that a batsman, in running between the wickets, has significantly changed his direction without probable cause and thereby obstructed a fielder’s attempt to effect a run out, the batsman should, on appeal, be given out, obstructing the field. It shall not be relevant whether a run out would have occurred or not."

I think this changing of the line or direction applies to t20 only

Be very interesting if bowler is going for a catch and get in front of the line the batsman is running

Batsman holds his line runs into the bowler who drops the catch, then throws at the stumps and hit the batsman who in the collision was forced to change his line

I don't agree with the decision but why did Ross run inwards? If he runs straight chances are it hits him and saves a direct hit.

Still a poor decision.

This.

'He wasn't watching the ball' - Gilchrist

Except for about 1 hour and 15 minutes before he dived into his crease. I think he knew exactly where that ball was going and tried to be a bit too cute and made a mess of it. Looked pretty stupid as he finished his dive.

However its till not conclusive, should have been not out.

That Thunder lineup is so ordinary bar Khawaja, Watson and Ferguson

Fergo has been poor, wasnt good for the renegades nor the strikers either

love him to bits as a one day player and should have played a lot more for Aust.
