Honestly it's looking like a tussle between the Dogs and the Roosters halves, even though both are terribly out of form....it's a real shame too I think Soward and Reynolds would've made a good combination too.

Dogs v Roosters in rd 10 could decide the origin halves tbh. I think hodkinson has been in pretty average form... I'm putting it down to not having any pre season behind him. Reynolds had his best game of the year last week against manly. And only his 2nd game of starting so hopefully he continues to improve.

As for the roosters halves, they seem to struggle massively closing out a game. We can't afford that in origin. Maloney's defense is terrible too. Roosters have had a few injuries as well but I think their halves have had a better chance to prove themselves so far and don't seem to be doing so.

Fk the club combo thing, I think maybe a Reynolds/Pearce combo could work, with Moylan at the back to assist and kick goals. But I doubt they will go this way

I think its time to get rid of the old backrow brigade (Lewis, Hoffman, Scott) and bring in the new Sims, James, Vaughan etc

Vaughn certainly wouldn't look out of place, would be better then fcking Cordner that's for sure.

I'm ok with Hoffman but happy for the rest to be moved on. Watmough, Lewis and probably bird are certainly old news.
