Phillips is out for a month with an ankle injury at training, skeepe has the flu. Ridders is suspended.

First Half:
3rd: Mendes from the edge of the area...floats over.
4th: Manuel Fernandes blasts one from 30 yards...SD parries it.
12th: lolesi sends NP through the middle...but his finish is straight into the keeper.
21st: Dutchy off injured, Stonecutter on.
22nd: NP hits an angled shot from near the byline when a cross was probably smarter.
30th: Kranjcar hits a low angled drive which SD miraculously saves to his left.
40th: lolesi wins the header and knocks it back to weasel..whose effort from 25 yards dribbles along the ground and rolls to David James, and even he can save that.
41st: Bumble plays it back to weasel, who plays it forward to Bumble who plays it back to weasel, who plays it forward to Bumble who plays it back to weasel who shoots...just wide.
45th: O'Neil's shot is tipped over by SD.

HALF TIME: 0-0

Both sides have had a few pot shots from outside the box, but very few serious threats. Lift boys!

49th: weasel sends NP down the right who crosses in to Bumble, who knocks it back to NP on the edge of the box...but the shot is straight at James.
51st: SD with a point blank save from Sychev.
62nd: Stonecutter from 30 yards...diving save from James. Damnit.
65th: hybrid loses the ball going forward, and Matty Taylor sends a long ball for Sychev...put his finish is wide.
68th: Bumble bangs it in to robyalvaro but it's headed behind for a corner by Gamberini...the LU players are going crazy, they want a penalty from a push on robyalvaro! But Mike Riley ignores the appeals.
76th: SD with another diving save from Sychev inside the area.
86th: OH FFS. Kranjcar's NOTHING shot deflects off Stonecutters leg, and bounces to Benjani who was unmarked and scored. FARKKKKKKK


FULL TIME: BORUSSIA LU 0 - PORTSMOUTH 1

Well another late winner for a side that shouldn't have won. Goddamnit.

First Half:

9th: B-Dos is dispossessed going forward, Reading counter through Doyle who bangs it in to Helguson who scores. FFS. What the f**k was that? 1-0 Reading.
10th: Following a few passes from the kickoff, Bumble shoots over from 25 yards.
16th: skeepe heads it down for weasel, who slides a little pass in to Bumble who smashes it home! 1-1!!
19th: Bumble wins the ball in the box and knocks it back to lolesi who blasts it from the edge of the area...great save by Hahnemann.
26th: Bikey pulls Bumble down with the goal in sight...only a yellow card, ffs. Free kick on the edge of the area and it's lolesi to take it...high and wide.
30th: The ball sat up nicely for lolesi who volleys from 30 yards...tipped over by the keeper.
35th: B-Dos' cross finds the head of the giant skeepe..but it's wide.
44th: Little breaks the offside trap but his header is wide of SD's goal.

HALF TIME: 1-1

And we should be winning. Hopefully we can go on with it in the second half.

2nd:

48th: Shorey's free kick is well over.
51st: The captain is injured! Bumble off, Poupou on.
53rd: From a corner, Ingimarsson heads wide.
60th: Sidwell shoots from 35 yards, well over.
61st: Doyle picks up the ball on halfway and runs STRAIGHT THROUGH the middle of our defence to score. That was absolutely pathetic defending. 2-1 Reading.
65th: Bikey fouls Poupou, and that's his 2nd yellow! LU with a great chance to capitalise now.
67th: B-Dos with another long cross for skeepe, who again heads it wide.
91st: skeepe's header is tipped over.

FULL TIME: READING 2 - BORUSSIA LU 1
