No, I'm just using all the words used by myself, wikipedia and you so far, that all spell out the same thing...

Moore was a traitor to the game that made him. Full stop. Call it what you like, but you can't evade the fact he undid any good he did for the game with his actions and involvement re superleague.

Undid any good?

The only entity he actually was an architect for helped attract a 75 000 crowd on Friday night.

Lets not turn this to another SL war thread, but to suggest all his good work was undone is ridiculous

The Storm's superstars like Slater, Falou, Smith and co weren't superstars until the Storm brought them through. They may not be from Victoria but we can thank the Storm for bringing them through. Certainly not a case of buying a ready made superstar.

Dogs finished last, they were smart enough to buy players and finished 2nd instead of sticking with what they had and finishing last.

exactly.

football of any code at the highest level is about utilising every resource available to the club to improve the team. canterbury did this, and did it well. they had problems with personnel and rid itself of deadwood. if posters here were GM's of the club, it'd prolly have to endure more years in the cellar.

the club proved once again why they're such a successful operation.

Guys been dead for a decade or whatever... if he gets credit for Friday's crowd, he's got to take credit for moments that weren't so magnificent in that time as well.

It's taken the game a decade to get back close to where it was before Moore and his mates split the brand. To ignore that while giving a guy credit from the grave for a crowd figure is a bit ludicrous.

More credit should really go to your new/current CEO and Board for finally getting the Dogs back on the right track in the last few years. Not Peter Moore .

Yeah, the ARL were great administrators of the game :sarcasm:
If you think its as black and white as you suggest then why do I bother

The point you missed was the club wouldnt even have a track to get back on if it wasnt for Moore

But he mustve undid all that because he was the "architect" of SL
