It's the perfect year for it...We're still carrying a lot of dead or disinterested wood and the side needs a rebuild. Give the young kids experience now, benefit next year and into the future.

lets hope you right for once!!!!

if we are chopping wood, how long do we have to wait before our $350,000 a season captain king of sting Cayless is fianlly cut?????

it sh*ts me how this guy gets away with poor metres each week... the guy is a joke!!!!

Moi moi is the only forward making metres!!!!

I agree whole heartedly ! give the young fells some game time! Just like mitchell pearce from the roosters, he was given a chance and he so far hasnt dissapointed, not saying he is abnormaly fantastic but watch this space !

And if its true that the club told him to go..?

If it is true the club told him to look overseas because they didn't see him as the best option than so be it. Anderson obviously has some tough decisions to make and he has started making them - be prepared over the next few months for plenty more I'm sure.

I'm a bit concerned at the handling however suprised at the finger pointing from Finch.

He did the same thing in england and came out of it like a raging bull, all clubs where scared because he didnt back off! So we are really in good sted for the future due to DA

I'd like to say i'm upset that he is going, but i just can't do it. He has been a liability at this club for the last 2 seasons but this year he has just been woeful. Throw in a young bloke and give them some experience. This year looks a right off anyway.

Never too early to start putting the pieces together. This is going to be a long season anyway so might as well get the clean out started sooner rather than later.

All the best to him anyway. I'm sure he always tried his best out there.

I agree.

And also, if Anderson is prepared to make tough decisions early and clean out what he sees as deadwood, I hope the clubs board (whomever will be on it) and supporters stick by him this year, cut him some slack and let him put his own squad together.

I, for one, am pleased we've a bloke at the club who wont tolerate the mediocrity.
