The Queensland government is intervening to ensure Brisbane Broncos can play the semi-finals on their home ground.
One of the original conditions on Suncorp Stadium was a limit of 24 events per year with a crowd greater than 25,000.
But this year, A-League champions Brisbane Roar soccer had huge support, and Queensland Reds also had a massive season and won the Super Rugby final.
Treasurer Andrew Fraser on Monday said the Bledisloe Cup in late August and the regular Brisbane Broncos crowds would see the stadium reach its limit of 24 big events.
The government was considering changing the stadium's conditions to ensure the Broncos didn't lose a home ground advantage in the semis.
That's good, as i predicted, hopefully that number will be lifted to 40 or something.
How about it just gets lifted to capacity?
Suity
The number of games over 25k that they are allowed, not the number of people allowed into the stadium for a Brisbane semi.
If the Broncos get a home semi, it will be played at Suncorp and the ground will be opened to full capacity.
Someone made that using the logo colours.
Seeing it like looks very Broncos-ish.
But might work minus the maroon. Hmm......??
Take the maroon away and it would look like the tigers.

I heard the same about Cooper Cronk.
No doubt either Cameron Smith or Cooper Cronk will go to the Bombers. I think it will be Cronk.

The former Test playmaker is contracted to Melbourne until the end of 2012, with an option to stay south for the 2013 season.
"Cooper Cronk is up in 2013 and we would love to have him," Davison said yesterday at the official launch of the Brisbane Bombers. "I would like to talk to Cooper, he's a Queenslander, he would fit the culture we're looking to build.
"We will target whoever is off contract for the year we start. I don't think Cameron Smith is off contract until 2015 which is a shame, but anybody who is off in 2013 we will be looking at them
Looks almost exactly like the current Souths design to me. Replace the Maroon sides and collar with white or black and the stripes with Green and Red.Looks like an union jersey to me.
