As I was re-typing that, I thought of Moses as well Tigerm. I guess that what Johns was simply saying is that Brooks has to stand up now, And Para were not naturally one of the teams mentioned in the article.
Moses is in front of him with the things that Johns says, but he is an arrogant little ar5ewipe and Brooks isn't. Moses has the attributes that Johns mentioned but what he also has is the blame game, he can pass to the linesman but it's the wingers fault for example.
Brooks needs to be more vocal, perhaps louder. Perhaps Brooks communicates with a small nod of the head, who knows, but I think it might be a case of getting up his forwards, don't be intimated by not only the likes of Farah and Marshall but others with a lot more experience such as the Kiwi trio, Lawrence etc. t's your team now Brooksy, take control.
