Same. I had a tumour removed in 2006 and I was lucky to live. So many people told me to thank god etc etc. My reply was that I would rather thank science and my belief in myself to not give up.

God had nothing to do with it.

God probably put it there... for a reason.

I wonder if Will is reading this, can he read?, his old man carries on like he's never sat on a chair before. Foreign, both sides of the story have been expressed. 'God' sent his son to be tortured and die a horrible death (top dad that bloke) and today the son rose from the dead (what ever that means). Not cruel. I had a tumour and during the operation they discovered another issue which they were able to deal with and save further problems down the track. I was thankful for the tumour.
