After discovering her age, Hank (older guy) refrains from any sexual conduct, even though she throws herself at him. This doesnt say that Stat Rape is 'ok', if anything it does quite the opposite

I would watch it even if you saw nothing. I agree that it's well written and Duchovney is great in the role. As much as I don't relate to the way his character is, I actually find myself hoping it works out for him in the end. I really felt for him in the last ep in that fantasy sequence at the end where it's him, his ex and their daughter down on the beach with the dog he stole and he's watching them so happily and he says "It was the best of times, but nobody told me."

But I would still LOVE to see Madeline Zima in the buff again- giggity giggity!

That was fuggin dirty yet hilarious!

What happened on C10 version? was that scene even there? That was the whole point about why he never called her back, a running theme through that episode - it would suck if it was gone as it was the punch line.
