Perth has ONE game, CC has THREE to FIVE games,
Perth may have a stadium in the future, but has a shitty one now.
To claim higher attendances is quite laughable actually, if you had 3 games a year, attendance would go down.

The nrl doesnt need to grow just for the sake of growing. Throwing a Perth team just for the sake of the media going "look how well the nrl is going, we have a Perth team" and for the money that will come from the extra time slot and the advertising the NRL/Nine can charge while the footy is on.

You want your Perth team. Good for you.
But if you think for a second. That just for the sake of money, that you deserve your team over the CC who have put in the effort year after year, they have the already built strong infrastructure, they have thousands of financial members already, the fanbase and as well as the juniors.
Then youre as stupid as the idea of the NRL expanding just for the sake of expanding.

The Central coast has IT ALL. They tick every box.
The only boxes you tick is Dollar Dollar bill y'all and the "media darling".

A CC team would be great for the game, its a readmission to founding team, in the location of a rugby league heartland with real fans that they dont even HAVE to try and convert.
A Perth team is another war we have to fight against the AFL with no foundations at all.

Some say you have to risk big to win big.
But there sits CC. Theres no effort there. Its already been done for it.
Such a waste to f**k it over once again for the hypothetical idea that the Perth team will take half the time Melbourne took to barely get a blip down there and the cash that it will bring.

Growing the game is a delusion you have been fed by youre own idea that perth deserves a team and by the NRL media who are so insecure that the AFL beats it in memberships and money.
A team should be let in when and if they are ready.
CC has been ready for years...
Perth isnt.

Based on your ramblings I'm going to say you've already conceded that a Perth expansion is going to lead to a richer NRL than a CC expansion. How is accepting less money in an area 5> times smaller than the alternative a good thing?

and.

You've already admitted that CC is full of existing fans, and while you heavily exaggerate (simple sign of a weak argument), there are plenty of people who don't follow rugby league in Perth. How is putting a team in CC expansion?

I think there is room for Central Coast, WA and Ipswich within the next 10 years. They can all be successful clubs with the proper structuring and support. CC and WA have shown the best ability at achieving this.

Its a good thing because its rewarding a rugby league heartland and choosing something on its merit rather than money, it will reward an area of rich junior environment rather just some scouts.
Its not expansion. Its putting a team where there deserves to be a team.
Its not expanding at all. Which is what im an advocate of, putting teams where they belong, a natural fit rather than throwing teams in AFL heartlands and putting money in another war of codes.
heavily exaggerate?
Your membership along with the already 7,100 members will be a major selling point of our bid, showing the huge support for the CCB's inclusion in the NRL.
Sound like exactly what i said to me.
Great, so relocate the sharks there. God knows they are going nowhere fast where they are.
Sharks will die before they relocate. Which is why alot of people are pushing for them to be removed from NRL, in an effort for expansion.

:D So Perth has no fans and the CC has millions, yet the crowds are the same? You say crowds would be down if we had more games, I say they'd be up as we build the profile and awareness of the game with more opportunities for fans to attend games. The stadium isn't shitty now by any stretch. It is currently the same size as Gosford and has more corporate boxes. Not that it matters as we aren't talking about now we are talking about 3 years time and by then the $90million COMMITTED to the ground will have been spent and it will be far superior to Gosford. Getting more money for the game is good, getting more jnrs playing the game is good, getting another capital city of 1.8mill people exposed to RL is good, making another big step to being a NATIONAL competition is good. Good luck to the Bears, they have put together a great bid but to suggest Perth isn't ready for an NRL team is pure ignorance based on nothing but poor knowledge of what is developing over here.

Your stadium is shitty. Its Sydney suburban bad. Bluetounge is one of the prettiest stadiums in the f**king league.
If your so called fans cant even show their voice for the ONE game you get a year, theyre wont be more likely to go to 3 if you had the choice. You can claim otherwise till you go blue in the face.
Couldnt care less about corporate boxes:)lol:)
You have a city of 1.8 million and you STILL wont touch the CC juniors.
Youre not ready. Anybody without bias can see youre not.
You got pumped in JB cup something FIERCE.
You have nothing, you need 90 million to fix your stadium to be not just NRL standard but A LEAGUE standard.
You dont have CC strength infrastructure behind you.
You only have this idea that the NRL HAS to expand to places it will take a decade to become the 2nd sport of the City. And the money that another time slot and advertising Perth will bring.
CC has thousands of members already.
What do you have?

"Pretty"? Yep that will be a criteria for inclusion I'm sure!

We sold out this years game (21,500 tickets) and every corporate box

Couldnt care less about corporate boxes
That's because your an idiot who thinks clubs can be run on chook raffles and 12k crowds:crazy:

Youre not ready. Anybody without bias can see youre not.
We'll never be more ready and fortunately the people that matter can see it!

You got pumped in JB cup something FIERCE.
Yeh that's going to have a bearing on the strength of our NRL team!
(ps we had 1700 ticketed memberships for our JB seasons, how many do the Centurions have?)
You have nothing, you need 90 million to fix your stadium to be not just NRL standard but A LEAGUE standard.
yeh whatever
You dont have CC strength infrastructure behind you.
No, we have better for the future of RL in WA, we'll be owned by the WARL which will ensure the NRL is the spearhead of massive growth across all levels of the game here.

You only have this idea that the NRL HAS to expand to places it will take a decade to become the 2nd sport of the City. And the money that another time slot and advertising Perth will bring.
CC has thousands of members already.
What do you have?
The NRL, $ value, fans, clubs, players and companies backing us!:D

I never said its a criteria. I simply stated a fact. Your stadium is a piece of shit. You desperately need the 90 mill.
And how many showed up?
I know how clubs are run, but i personally couldnt give a f**king toss how many corporate boxes there are.
If youll never be more ready, than you are well and truly f**ked.
Central coast centurions is a feeder team. Just like North Sydney Bears. WA Reds was your only team. North Sydney and Central Coast centurions separately would have had double your memberships and financial supporters if not more. so congrats on 1700 when CCB has over 7 thousand.
Yeh whatever? Only an out of date stadium that is found in Sydney Surburbia has worse drainage and pitch problem more than you do.
Its a f**king joke. And youre all like "whatever" Yeah youre REALLY nailing your point home.
Wow, Youll be owned by WARL. Thats awesome news. Oh wait. Its really not.
Look at melbourne. They needed the financial backing of News limited to actually get anywhere. And youll be owned by WARL.
Well f**king done. Way to sell yourselfs to seem like you have a chance
You have no idea what infrastructure is do you? To claim that being owned by your stats boarding body, is a f**king laughable idea that you think this helps you...
You dont have the players. You dont have the fans.
Theres a reason why CCBears wins all fan votes and not because they ask their fans for them to vote. Because people actually WANT them in.
Central Coast has companies backing them as well. More than you actually.

So all you have is what ive said a thousand times over.
The only thing you have going for you is the Benjamins and the idea that the NRL has to include AFL heartlands in an effort to be more national.
You can keep on pressing your case till you die.
Lucky for you the IC is going to be run by business men who want to make cash at the expensive of the health of the game.
Adding a team in an AFL heartland will not benefit the game as youll get carted week in week out. Youll be the Cronulla of the west.
At least CC would have stood a chance.

What, like Melbourne does?

Don't worry, we'll keep the sharks in so the reds have someone they can beat.

Yes, CC Bears ticks all the boxes. Except for that box that says - Does NSW need an 11th NRL team?

So the entire Northern Sydney pop of 750k have abandoned league? You've asked all of the have you?

A big majority have. If you kill a team off and don't offer any replacement at all, most people aren't gonna just throw their old teams gear away for a new one. It's one of the major attractions of the bid, as stated by Gallop himself, who has acknowledged numerous times that the league lost a big % of north sydney/north shore based fans following the NS Bears culling. The CCBears with all their community engagement on the CC and NS, representing predominately CC with a rich corporate backing from NS will fix this problem while influxing NRL capital.

I can think of 10 potential replacements.

Well it's been 10 years and no one has stepped to the plate, nor have the communities of the NS and CC embraced any quick stop over teams only in search of a quick pay day. So you're wrong about the 10 possible replacements. If you want to capture the minds and hearts of these communities, like any other community, you have to dig deep and lay a foundation within the community. You have to give back to the community, represent them 100%, connect with the local residents and junior clubs and schools. Quick plastic replacements are not wanted by anyone.

Only the CCBears are doing this, only the CCBears deserve first dibs at establishing a team there.
