Jose obviously wants the Man Utd job, but I don't think he'll want to wait around until Fergie retires. I can see SAF going another five years easily, he's not going to retire until his health starts failing, and hopefully that will be a long time away. Mourinho will stay at Real for at least one more season, but I think he'll want to come back 'home' to England before SAF is ready to step down. Chelsea and City would obviously be favourites for him at that time.

If that happens, the interesting thing will be whether Mourinho would then want to leave that club to take on the Utd job when Fergie finally calls it time.

Otherwise the squad looks pretty good I think. We have a balance of youth with the likes of Ramires, Sturridge and McEachran coming through, balanced with the valuable experience of Terry, Lampard and Drogba

Mikel is fine he is only young so is Kalou, they are good back ups.

Mikel is useless. We have plenty of midfielders better than he is

We have less use for Ferreira now that we have Luiz

I'd want to bring in another keeper before we got rid of Hilario

Point being though, we have a very good mix of youth and experience across the park. They just need a bit more time together

some of them are too young, but I'd start getting in players like Kakuta, Sturridge, McEachran and Bertrand giving them first team experience and maybe some of them can take over and we can get a smooth transition of players.
