I like your new attitude of denying it instead immediately saying somebody is a snitch then running away as s coward. As for a racist you're a well know anti Semite DFTW and I apologised for my unneccessary over the top posts and didn't start a new account.

You can lie to me but you can't lie to yourself ;-) lol @ having a third forum account because your natural personality is one of a douche. Still paying prostitutes to kiss each other?

I like how you still think Bayern changed their name just like you did with your original LU account lol

no idea what you are on about, but it seems the Dragons have cut you real deep..

just one question though, where were all your fans on GF day? (or any day) the ratio of fans was terrible lol

I'd be mad like you too if my RL club was a joke that couldn't score a point in the 2nd half and has no fans lol

Isn't it true your second account, Syko, was banned for anti Semitic remarks made on the forum? Reading through the old PMs you sent me I can see why you're denying it, dry snitching as you call it so I'll leave it at that.

Apologies to Tank, Jimbo and co for clogging up the thread.

lol no worries. Shame about the loss but TBH it's not too bad considering I gave up on the title months back. It wasn't long ago I was afraid we'd finish outside the CL placings... so second (for now) is pretty good. Man U were just too strong for us this season.

Carlo has been given his marching orders, as expected

Last season was fun, but this year's mid-season slump was simply not good enough for a club like Chelsea

An interesting few weeks ahead, while Jose tries to extricate himself from his contract with Madrid...

Bit suprised tbh. Won the double last season and finished 2nd this season.

High standards eh?

Ridders. On reflection, we blew so many points this season. We should have won the league comfortably. We only have Carlo to blame, just IMO

True

Man U didn't really win it this season. They just threw away less points than we did

Injuries didn't help, but Carlo certainly should have done better

What a bunch of skirts. Sack your manager 12 months after winning your first ever double for the heinous crime of running second.

I Have watched just about every game Chelsea have played during the Roman Abramovich years. On the surface of it seems a very harsh and somewhat predictable decision by Abramovich. Carlo can be very proud of his 2 years at Chelsea. Roman Abramovich made one huge bungle during his years and that was replacing Jose Mourinho with Avram Grant. Chelsea had their man but Roman got greedy and it all ended in tears, for Chelsea fans anyway. Chelsea were a machine under Mourinho, They were extremely hard to beat, defensively rock solid, had great team spirit. It was always going to be near impossible to meet the standards Mourinho set at Chelsea and that has set the scene for the revolving door. Carlo's standards which would have been more than acceptable at many other clubs, are simply not at Chelsea because Mourinho set the bar so high. Once Abramovich sacked Mourinho, he could find an excuse to sack anyone.

THis Chelsea team has been fraying at the edges all over the place since Mourinho left. The team that won the double were not a patch on the Chelsea team from 2004-2006 in my opinion. They don't have the same physical power, they don't have the same ability to be incredibly difficult to break down, they don't have the same ability to come from behind time and time again. They scored more goals and were more attractive at times. However they were easier to beat, and got beaten more often, bottom line. The only few months where they looked rock solid in the last 4-5 years in my opinion was under Guss Hiddink. They had a real drive and steel that has been hot and cold under Carlo in his 2 years. Even the year we won the double we lost plenty of games in the PL. Under Hiddink we lost 1 game and were extremely unlucky to lose to all conquering Barcelona.

Carlo is a very good manager and a very dignified guy. I believe you only replace Carlo if you have someone better, and I have some faith the club already have their man. The only 4 realistic better options would be Mourinho, Hiddink, Guardiola or Villas-Boas (a risk but so was a young Mourinho at the time). IN my opinion any of these 4 would be an improvement and capable of re energising a jaded side. However if you are going to replace Carlo, with a Van Basten or Zola, or Mark Hughes, or Frank Rjikarrd then it is madness and just changing for changing sake.

He did lead us to the double which was a great achievement. However it was basically an FA Cup against lower division clubs all the way through. Fans from opposition all come in and say you ran 2nd its not a bad season. However this was a very poor season from Chelsea. NO players improved or developed from the previous seasons. 71 points is a pathetic total with the squad we possess. It's our poorest total in about 8 years by a fair way. Alot lot of the performances were extremely turgid and lacking in creativity. It's no secret Carlo couldn't quite find the keys to re energising an ageing AC Milan team and I see signs of that at Chelsea. Tactics appeared stale, substitutions uninspired. 71 points is along long way from the 95 Jose Mourinho accumulated in 2005. 71 points is a good 10 points behind any league total of ours in the past 7 or 8 years. I'm sorry but its incredibly mediocre.

Carlo had 2 big games in the Champions League at Chelsea. IN 09/10 we were comprehensively outplayed and lost both legs to Inter. In 10/11 we were comprehensively outplayed and lost both legs to United. That is 4 defeats in his only 4 big games in the Champions League with Chelsea. The last 3 games of the season told a tale for me. AT Chelsea player power has always been big, rightly or wrongly. And they didn't play for Carlo in those last 3 games. They were meek in the title decided, and not interested against Newcastle or Everton.

Like I said Carlo is a very good manager, and well respected at Chelsea. If he stayed I wouldn't complain. However I think the club has got their man in Guss Hiddink, and you will find more then 50% of hard core Chelsea fans feel the same way about replacing Carlo. Remember Guss was not shown the door by Chelsea. He left because he had a contract with Russia. Chelsea were desperate to keep him, however Abramovich relented because he would have been hated in his native Russia if he stole Guss. Now, Abramovich, in my opinion is going to get his man full time.

One issue I haven't really touched on is the players themselves. THis will be a very interesting summer. The likes of Lampard may be starting to show the first signs of decline. Anelka, Drogba, Malouda and co are not getting any younger. We need more creativity in midfield, we need more pace, we need wingers and we need to decdie what the F*** to do with Fernando Torres!!!

All parties are making the right noises, resulting in Guus firming as favourite with the bookies

Carlo did very well in his first season. Although things did fall out way a little to win the double. Honestly though this season I have never seen a Chelsea side so uninspired and at times inept. He was obviously knifed then they got rid of Wilkins. That was a disgrace mid season. From then on Carlo had that look about him, an air of resignation in his eyes. I think he lost a little heart. We made a little bit of a late run results wise, but honestly our football was terrible and our shortcomings there for all to see.

What worried me with Carlo was that he sort of couldn't re energised a jaded and ageing Milan side. Here at Chelsea i thought at times he showed too much faith in some experienced players that were well below their best, and a formation that was stale.

He is a very good and steady manager. However I think he lacks that little bit of genius and almost edgy intimidation that the players felt around a Mourinho or Hiddink. Thy knew they couldn't cruise around those guys.

Well in a stunning development it looks like Villas Boas is in talks with Chelsea after Roman paid his huge release clause.

With Villas Boas as manager and Hiddink as possible coaching director i think it is a 1,2 punch, a potential mighty management team. Villas Boas like I said in the previous post is a gamble, but so was a young Mourinho. The guy was Mourinho's opposition scout at Chelsea, and now he looks like he is returning after his record breaking acheivments.

The guy is younger then Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard. Wow. A gamble but this guy CLEARLY has something about him. I am very excited if this turns out to be the case.

It isn't confirmed and Porto just sent a notice to the Portuguese stock exchange denying this, but if it turns out to be the case, I hope you flame out and get relegated!
If it wasn't for the corrupt Petrodollars from Abramodick, you would be insignificant!

Chelsea F.C. - 2011/12

Chairman - Roman Abramovich
Believe it or not we are now into the ninth season of the Abramovich reign at Stamford Bridge. This has been undoubtedly the clubs most successful era with having secured three league titles and three FA Cups. Despite this success we still lack Champions League success which is the reason for the appointment of manager...
Manager - Andres Villas Boas
Andres Villas-Boas is our 8th manager of the Abramovich era in his quest for a Champions League title. Villas-Boas has been compared to Jose Mourinho which is a tad harsh as their managerial styles are different and Villas-Boas recognises Bobby Robson and even Pep Guardiola as reasons for his success more than the Special One.
Captain - John Terry
John Terry has been a controversial player off the pitch but he still remains a vital part of Chelsea's backline and will be looking to reaffirm his status as England's best centreback.

Squad

Goalkeepers - Petr Cech, Ross Turnbull, Hilario and Matej Delac
Defenders - Branislav Ivanovic, Ashley Cole, David Luiz, Paulo Ferreira, John Terry (c) Alex, Ryan Bertrand, Patrick van Aanholt, Ben Gordon and Slobodan Rajkovic
Midfielders - Michael Essien, Ramires, Frank Lampard (vc), Yossi Benayoun, John Obi Mikel, Florent Malouda, Yuri Zhirkov, Gael Kakuta, Josh McEachran and Jacob Mellis
Forwards - Fernando Torres, Didier Drogba, Salomon Kalou, Daniel Sturridge and Nicolas Anelka
