f**k shaggs.

Talk to me, I've had the fargen complication I think you are alluding to.

Had 6 fargen tin hips put in because of it.

Doesn't have to happen though.

Lawrence has been a shadow of the player he was prior to the hip dislocation in attack. He is a strong defender and a switched on bloke. If he can regain the acceleration he once had he will be great.

It happened in March 2011. If he hasn't got it back by now, I can't see him ever getting it back.

Bit ruined by injuries but maybe with a decent offseason under his belt he'll regain what he had. Was Origin material around 09-10 imo

I do think people are making too much of Lawrence's hip injury.

He did it in March 2011 as Inferno said. He was only out for 3 months with it. He did a hammy when he returned and missed more time. That would be one of those protection injuries people get when coming back from a major.

He actually came back again that year and played every game in the 2011 Four Nations series.

His lack of premium form could simply be something many Tigers have had in an underperforming side.

Once again I have to have a whinge about this bullshyte injury prone argument people always bring up.

We wouldn't have a frikkin side if it was that big of a deal. No one would.

I speak truth though shaggy.

I had aseptic necrosis.

I can practically guarantee Lawrence doesn't have it nearly 2 years after his injury. Wouldn't even be walking.

Because you are texting and driving or because you have a morbid fear of central hip dislocation?

hahahahaha

All of this.

If there was a hip issues , joint wise then we would have heard more about it.

As frenzy said he had hammy issues too.

I Beleive his loss of acceleration/speed might be due to technique and mentally favouring a leg or even turning a knee out for example. A full off season with fabri and a drop of 5 kg should see him back to 2010 speed. (Ditto aysh ford)
