Flanno very open and frank in the interview. I can sense by what he says that we will be much better next year and so good to hear that we have plenty of great juniors coming through and that he is excited to see develop and be part of the NRL in the near future.
Facilities are on the improve before at WIN and the major one being the C of E in 2025.
Ben Hunt he agrees has been a bit of a problem but says that for at least 2024 he will be playing and Flanno will get Hunt's head in order for the year and if what is hoped to be a good 2024, Hunt might stay for 2025.
Flanno has a good analytical mind and I think able to man manage the players well. As an assistant under Mary, he couldn't say too much, but now that he is head coach, he will bring out the best in the players.
Having players like Sloan, Stewart, Lomax and Hunt in the PMXIII and New Guinea sides will definitely be a bonus and I'm looking forward to seeing how Meninga and his staff will get the best out of the Aussie Guys. Stewart of course will be interesting, hope he goes well too.
