Veteran prop Jason King has re-signed with the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles for a further three years.
The Manly co-captain, who debuted for the club in 2003, said there was no decision to make.
"Being a local junior I've only ever wanted to play for one club and that's the Manly Sea Eagles.
"It's a dream to be able to continue playing with them."
King, who suffered a season-ending pectoral injury against the Roosters in round 22, said he is determined to get a shot at another grand final and defend Manly's premiership title.
"We've had big changes at the club in the last couple of months but I'm very proud of the boys and the effort they put in last season.
"We're certainly working very hard every day at the moment to try to repeat that performance."
The 30-year-old is almost back to full fitness and is hoping to be available for Manly's World Club Challenge clash with Leeds Rhinos in February.
