Apparently they also tried to sign Wolfman (last year) and Foran as well as Tasi this year. The Roosters still have some handy players going to them next year, as well as re-signing a number of their bigger players to long-term contracts.

It's funny, they have the Melbourne Storms recruitment manager of a few years ago, and appear to be picking up players like The Melbourne Storm did a few years ago.

Interesting, eh. Lets hope lessons have been learnt, and sole contracts are being signed at Bondi.
