thers only 250 cases nationally, it’s more likely they won’t. And even if one does it doesn’t mean to say they all will have it if precautions have been taken. You can also test quickly if they are all on on site.
It might be jumping the gun for you, but what about the guy who is about to lose his job over this? Potentially lose his house or his business? Should he not fight to save those over making what now is a donation to a footy club?
In all seriousness. Can someone please explain to me how this virus has spread to Tom Hanks and his wife, an EPL Player, Justin Tredueuauuauua's wife, some pom member of parliament and a member of the Brazilian President's entourage within 20weeks while BYPASSING the majority of us?
I think there would be thousands out there that just thought their headache and sore throat was a hangover or sinus issues.
My membership is over $1000, I'm not so much talking about losing one or two games. If we go into a 3-4 month suspension the season is done. I don't think it is unreasonable for people to expect a refund in that case, some won't take it, I might not take it, but some will need to!If they are in this unfortunate situation, I don’t think a $150 membership refund is going to save their house or business mate.
It’s not rocket science you say.Ok so by that logic they’ll never be able to make a decision as it’ll forever be changing. Make a decision with the facts you have now ffs, not rocket science

There are 250 confirmed cases. There are potentially are a lot more than that out there. And once it starts to spread it happens very quickly.
If you had the players all in one place they would be doing contact drills, training in gyms together, team meetings, all of that. If one of them got it it would spread like wildfire.
Anyway this idea of sticking them all in one place is highly unlikely. Fuggedaboutit.
It’s crazy how they are saying the NRL will die over this. It’s fear mongering at its best.
If we did it soon enough it's feasible though.
It's gotta be a lot better than cancelling a multi-million dollar sport. We can all keep watching on Tv. Good times.
Sure if you could do it but there are just too many impracticalities when you think through it. One of the main ones being that the players wouldn’t agree to being quarantined for months in some country town.
They could find themselves insolvent if things don't go well. It’s crazy how they are saying the NRL will die over this. It’s fear mongering at its best.

Well, most of them are being paid good money which is provided by the TV contract.
The would be protecting their own livelihood.
Maybe they could do it but shorten the season or something.
I'm not paid that type of money for my job but if it was a requirement I'd do it.
People go to war for a lot less money.
The clubs are going to be facing financial hardships as well mate. As I said, these fans will no doubt get something back in return once this dust settles, but asking for immediate compo in these early stages is just jumping the gun for mine. Let the clubs focus on keeping the comp and clubs going and then worry about the compo later.
This is true, just as you can't begrudge a club for seeking compensation or players and for the code to ask for assistance. Nothing is for free anymore.Timing is an issue, yes, but say the season is fan free, you can't begrudge people that might have a massive impact on their financial situation seeking refunds.
