I would think that king hitting someone would fall under the "reckless indifference to human life" part of the definition.

Murder shall be taken to have been committed where the act of the accused....causing the death charged, was done...with reckless indifference to human life

I won't go into detail where or who i get my reliable info from, because it was deleted last post. I can say I know people who were present at the Grand Pacific when it happened. I am also privy to information that is not available in the public domain.

I trust the sources of the information, I have known them for 15+ years. I'll take the above peoples word over your baseless, hate fuelled agenda any day.

In regards to brett Stewart, I was happy for the Police to investigate (You know take witness statements, forensic evidence etc etc), then hand it over to the courts to decide his innocence or guilt. The courts decide if a person is innocent or guilty, not the Police. Police decide if there is enough evidence to charge someone big, big, big difference. But I am guessing you already knew that you imbecile.

We all now know that that was complete f**king bullshit. We all know that nothing of the sort happened. We know that Brett Stewart was dropped like a stone by sponsors and no longer has a boot deal, unheard of for a player of that sort of level/talent.

What has Brett Stewart got to do with Field. Absolutely nothing, but just as Brett Stewart lost a ton of cash, opportunity and had it hang over him for a couple of years so to does Craig Field. The thing should never have even got to court, let alone committal, let alone trial.
