Spagnolo said from day one that it was a personal matter regarding the money he owes and when asked about Osborne's future he said "he will be with the club". That sounds like a backing to me, if not by him personally, then at least by the majority of the board.
Since the majority of the board have backed Osborne, he has either done nothing wrong to the degree that he deserves to be fired or they feel he is valuable enough to their future plans that they are prepared to run the risk and turn a blind eye. If it is the later and it is something serious they are all covering up, then they should all walk the plank.
The facts for now are that no charges have been laid and even if if they are forthcoming everyone is innocent until proven guilty. For now we can't make anyone walk the plank based on vague speculation and a few accusations with no specific source named.
