The project slap dash proposal concocted to get elected, they've put minimal effort to get it approved etc. Fine it may be a huge proposal that could reek millions but other clubs have about 50 other money raising initiatives, we had 1 didn't work and the board seems not to care.

Steve Rogers is given free rein to say whatever he feels and we have to pay fine after fine for the same bloody thing Steve's big mouth. I definatley see it continuing. The club treats the NRL with contempt, and there more concerned with petty feuds with other peoples than with the club which is a huge kick in the pants. This crap isn't going on any longer at South so why should it be tolerated here?

They are content to leave things as they are and just exploit there positions to the fullest, because voters dont care. Within 4 years if the board is still at the helm the club will be on it's death legs unless there is a drastic change. That's a fact.

They have conducted bully boy tactics on anyone who dares question them. Barrry has a monopoly over the club and unless he is removed he will continue on his merry way with no vision at all fr the clubs finnacial growth.

Barry might come accross as being nice, but he has also been caught red handed partaking in some very dubious dealings in his role at the helm, this is detailled in the court records.

Totally agree for someone who seems to like going to court so much i cant understand why, all court's done is proven that he's been into some different dealings while at the top.

I think its time for a change. But I will wait and see who is opposing the incumbents.

However I'm not sure if I'm eligable to vote, as I have only just rejoined the club after letting my membership slip. Does it have to be 3 years uninterupted membership? A warning to others who aren't members, sign up now so in the future our board is not voted in by hundreds of 70 year old pokie players!

That's the whole point SS, it is not obvious. That's why I am asking Beekershark these questions. He has more knowledge of it than me. I don't pretend to know everything like some. I am tapping into his knowledge in a bid to make up my own mind on who I should vote for in the coming election. I want to know HIS motives for wanting the current board gone. I recall Pierce being quoted in 1999, saying that he envisaged a day where a merger between The Sharks, St George and Illawarra would be essential for League in our area to prosper. This was in the middle of the merger era that spawned the Beagles and the Tagpies and saw the Bunnies get the punt.

Ok McSHarkie, we've shown before that a judge found him to be dishonest and to have misled the board, our board. Is that not enough for you to think that he isn't fit for a position?

And if it isn't what would be enough?

And now to contradict myself we will still need to see if anyone stands against him before I decide how to vote.

But for mine any half decent candidate would be better than someone who has Barry's track record.
