The ends were pretty full but the eastern side was 90% empty. Broadcast side looked dodgy as well. Maybe they reported tickets sold including all ticketed memberships who clearly were not all there

The defending champions in fine form against another team in fine form, SHOULD push capacity at their home ground regardless of were the opposition is from. Bloody perfect afternoon as well, no excuses.

So St george are relying on travelling fans is what your telling me?

No... It's just it was on Mothers day, having half our team injured probably wouldn't have helped and playing against the cowboys (no matter how well they are going) don't draw well. I still fail to see how playing at ANZ or SFS would have helped the crowd... Do you think if they moved it to one of those grounds, we would magically draw 10,000 more? Much rather of played it at Kogarah with 13,000 than at the SFS or ANZ with 10,000 people.

Fow what it's worth Mothers Day is traditionally among the worst drawing days of the year. Crowd looked reasonable however, although a few gaps of green on the Hill

yep

the Raiders got 13k last week in a city of 350k despite coming dead f**king last

Against the West Tigers who are in your top 3 best drawing sides... 13K isn't our best crowd figure, but it's an obvious outlier. It was robbed of it's star players and build-up by the test and CvC. The fact that 13K WILL be the dragons lowest crowd (by a fair margin[if not for terrible weather]) and the Canberra's will be in their top 5 crowds says a lot.

Mothers day should be a great opportunity to market to get a full crowd not an excuse for a poor crowd. Also wonder if the marketing had been better for the Titans v Kiwis game linking it to the Test match so that people got in 1/2 price if holding a test game ticket might have helped.

RL and marketing continue to be strangers.

lol. It's like the old Timmah argument where he thinks a 30k Broncos crowd is better than a 15k Raiders crowd despite having a team in a city of 2 million

you're coming first on the back of a premiership, playing out of a newly renovated stadium

comparatively, your crowds are shit. Your excuses only show that you do actually realise this

but, but, but... If we were based in a city of 4.5 million with 9 other te... Your not and your crowds are sh*t. Averaging under 14K is disgraceful, you can come up with as many reasons as to why the Dragons get much higher crowds than the Raiders, but at the end of the day your crowds are disgusting. For the Raiders, the Dragons game is the only thing stopping them from averaging sub 11K, say Thank You!
