Leichhardt's crowd will be hurt the most. That hill becomes a bog after a bit of rain and it is not the best experience to watch a game on.

At least the SFS and ANZ have plenty of undercover seats for the spectators.

There is little cover at Leichhardt from the rain. There will be about 12k max there tonight. Wouldn't be shocked if it's our first sub-10k game for the year, the hill will be one big mud heap.

Looks like a nice day in Melbourne. Should get a decent walk up and hopefully improve on last week's attendance.

nah, anyone trying to come up with excuses for the crappy raiders crowd is kidding themselves. friday night, balmy evening, an impressive win last week.

yes, 8.30 is a bugger of a time, but the number of fans affected by that would i think be in the hundreds, rather than the thousands.

it was just a really poor crowd...

Which is the problem with playing there. Yeah people on here like to splooge themselves when they see a sunday arvo game at Leichhardt but when it rains there is no worse place to be.

Sunday games there are great, night games are sh*t. All 4 Leichhardt Oval games should be Sunday games.

A fixed draw would give them that power, but say they only got 4 sunday games a year it wouldn't be fair for leichardt to get them all over C'town. The stadium situation in Sydney is not perfect but i don't think there is a perfect solution that will keep everyone happy. Maybe a 2 (LEI), 4 (SFS), 6 (CS) would there was a fixed draw to give leichardt sunday arvo footy?

Strange that a Storm/Titans game would get more then a Storm/Manly game,Manly are a pretty famous club who have a good rivalry against the Storm while the Titans are nobodies

Last weeks crowd was a record Storm v Manly (regular season).

I don't think Melbourne has too many Sea Eagle fans...:?
