Regardless of what they say, Queenslanders pull together as a community in every regard, from disasters to state sporting events. In NSW everyone is sour, just walk around the CBD, ive never seen so many faces capable of suicide in one city.

Not Queenslanders - you lot literally dont get it. You all claim that we have a chip on our shoulder, and all that shit. When its actually the case of - people in Queensland care about our community and the people in it.

Sweet jesus, what a load of utter tripe this and your above post is............

To insinuate that NSW dont pull together during disasters is moronic and insulting. Ive lived in both states, the main difference is the weather is more shitful in NSW during winter and we have more indigenous in our state while NSW has more immigrants.

Other than that there is no f**king difference, to say we are some sort of super race that are morally and football orientated far beyond our mexican brethren is ridiculous.

Everyone knows the people above the tropic of capricorn are far superior than the rest of you southern goats..........

If NSW is quote "pathetic in their support for their state", then why have the last 3 Origins sold out in NSW?

The next two are on track to as well...

How do you know both Sydney games will sell out as when Sydney gets 2 SOO both rarely sell out.

About 12k in Cronulla.

Running that through the Sydney calculator (adapted from the famous Union calculator) that's probably an outstanding effort given:

- the opposition;
- the weather;
- the draw;
- the proximity to Origin;
- the demographics of Cronulla;

Any other excuse I have missed? Factoring those in it's an awesome effort. Well done Sharkies!

I didnt say that they wouldn't pull together - they just WOULDN'T AS MUCH - read it idiot, no where does it say "NSW people would not pull together".

So youre saying the reason why everyone in Sydney swans around with a face of a cats arsehole is because its cold?

Well done - finished with an amazingly hypocritical sentence.

140,000 fans at the Japanese Derby on the weekend

Japan > Broncos + Queenslanders + Wally Lewis + Adam Mogg

Japan has 127million people - 0.11% of people attended

Queensland has 4.5million people - 1.16% of people attend origin (one game)

Broncos + Queenslanders > Japan

If Sydney fans prefer their club, why are 80% of crowds poor?

Travel is terrible around Sydney. As has been brought up 1000 times you have 15 or 16 times to watch your team live.

You can't get home from work in time etc. You have the option to wait for a game at a venue or time that's better for you.

As for SOO it's a week night you have to fight through traffic & be home around mid night. Then add the cost.

It's not a yearly thing here more a every few years thing. Both have already sold more then Suncorp can hold.

The demand for tickets to Suncorp origins could easily sell out ANZ or larger every time.

Some have allocated over 27,000 tickets in 30 seconds. Single seats by 5minutes....

If only I could've got a seat at the game tonight!

What can't you find a seat among the thousands of empties at suncorp every other week or perhaps you might venture down the motorway and try to find one at skilled park I'm sure you will have no trouble.

The thread has turned to shit thanks to you
