Wouldn't the Roosters be setting the prices, not the ARLC?

30 GA seems pretty bad though.

I would have thought a directive or even league wide pricing structure would be in place to prevent the clubs doing this. The prices now look as bad as what was going on at skilled park in the past. Very disappointing and glad I have my 100 dollar gen admission membership now

This would probably have something to do with SBW. I read an article today saying the Roosters are trying to flog off SBW to the highest bidder to be a personal sponsor. Clearing increasing prices due to what they think will be an increased demand.

15K in Dunedin is pretty good, I guess Uni has started now. The A-League took a game there and got a really bad crowd, 2-3K IIRC, it would've been more had it been played when students are in the city. Hopefully any future NRL games are during the semester

How sound is their financial position? Apparently getting $1ml from the development but are down $1.5mil from having no sponsor for the ground and jersey.

It was 10mil Gal (sorry had to shorten it so you know I like you). Plus ongoing revenue.

We are doing okay. No longer willing to take sponsors for less than others, that's why no sponsor yet. The ACC thing hasn't helped, but it will be sorted.no mad rush for the cash anymore.

I want a Perth side. But not the expense of any existing clubs. Even those I don't like.

Gibbsy on 2UE just stated "I think they've sold about 38000 tickets", in regard to the Souths/Easts game.

Fair to say this looks on track for a sellout with that many tickets sold more than a week out.

This should be interesting in fact.

If all tickets to the game are sold then we might get an indication of just how many the SFS really holds. The 45000 figure gets bandied about but I've never seen the ground hold that many, nor does it look like it could.

Although as far as I'm aware crowd figures are contingent on ground members turning up. But you'd have to think the SBW factor could have even those neutrals showing up.

Capacity of Allianz is what, 44-45K? Could be on the way to knocking Soccer off the top of the record sporting crowd of 43,967 for the ground. Would be a great way to kick off 2013! Any word on tickets sold for Bulldogs Vs Cowboys game here on the Central Coast?
