Next year easter games should be in brisbane, townsville, melbourne, auckland and sydney. Give as many cities the opportunity to host and benefit from a easter game it be a big step up from titans vs Penrith in penrith.

Well Melbourne is the obvious one because the AFL don't play on Good Friday.

Unfortunately the word on the street is that they will next season, however if they play it after the AFL it could be good. Might mean the Swans play in Sydney etc. also though.

50k to both games would be absolutely amazing but doubt it'll happen.

80k between them is a good aim, 65k is a pass mark.

Dogs/Bulldogs and Eels/Tigers should be 50k each since there in the 8 and coming off wins. If they can't draw 50k now in winning form then it will never happen.

Anyone got any pax numbers? Regardless of pre sales you would think a large walk up at both games from the show.

This round ill say
Souths v Bulldogs 45k
Knights v Broncos 22k
Manly v cowboys 6.5k
Dragons v warriors 15k
Sharks v Roosters 11.5k
Raiders v Melbourne 12k
Eels v tigers 38k
Penrith v titans 5.5k

The more I look at the Penrith fixture the more ugly it looks, it is quite unbelievable they have done that.

Well so much for a crowd of 50,000 for the Rabbitohs v Bulldogs game this Friday. I just bought 2 additional tickets for 2 friends and here are the PAX numbers.

12659

Can this be right??? I thought that PAX included everybody from ANZ stadium members, to Souths season ticket holders, Bulldogs season ticket holders who get free entry to this game.

Can someone clarify?

pretty good. think last update was 17k so theyve shifted close to 8k

that souths pax is poor, probably wont break 30k if sales dont pick up soon.

You can also forget about a large turn out from walk ups on the day. Tickets start at $35 for an adult GA which is bound to put a lot of people off & send them straight home to their couch & Fox Sports 2.

No they don't. GA adult is $25 for Dogs V Souffs. Although I reckon GA should be no more than $18-$20.

the monday game is offering family tickets for $40, there dont seem to be any ticket offers for friday.

should still be 30k minimum, esp. after last years effort.

dogs are in great form and souths arent that far off.

Yeah they do mate. It's $25 for GA if you pre purchase. Walk ups at the gate are slugged $35 for the same GA ticket.
My bad mate. That's ridiculous pricing :x
And they scratch their heads wondering why crowds aren't growing ...

You say this like its a bad thing. I imagine the idea is to get people to buy before hand, anyone that is willing to just turn up and find out the price on the day will probably be be the same people that are happy to shell out an extra $10 for a seat...

No. Use some common sense. If that was the case PAX would start at about 50,000.

Souths-Dogs will get 40k at least if it's not raining.

Don't worry about your fancy 'PAX'. That doesn't mean anything.

No I also love the pre purchasing idea don't get me wrong but I also have a feeling there will be 1000's who wouldn't have done that to this game. I remember last year I was walking into the stadium late as I parked the car 5 K's away with the game already underway and the line outside was still a good 100 meters long to buy tickets.

People were still walking into the stadium 10 minutes late and security had to remove those stupid Telstra Add sheets from behind the posts just so people had somewhere to sit.
