Very disappointed at least 20k did not turn up at the SFS.

Looked terrible on TV. The game wouldv'e cracked 20k out at ANZ, but would've looked even more emptier.

So we have had 14426 at SFS and up at GC we have 19850 that is an avearge of 17138.

In the remaining games we have
Warriors vs Broncoes 25000
Parra vs Canberra 16000
North QLD VS Storm 20000
Souths vs Newcastle 20000
St George Illa vs Sharks dont know capacity but sellout
Manly vs Penrith 15000
that will give us an average of around 19000 hich would be great.

Was always a poor decision from Wests to move to the SFS. Leichhardt of Campbelltown would have been chockers.

This is a very embarrassing figure  No wonder some people are calling for the heads of Sydney clubs.
Was that game shown live into Sydney? No games live against the gate ever.

Friggin hell, you want to kill our clubs and then kill our broadcasts? Do you have any friggin idea at all?

Melboring struggle to get 14k each week, but you lot whinge like holy hell because you DON'T get live coverage!

This comment would be fine if;

Your club was notropped up to the tune of 5-8 million easch year of your existence.
You have a group of businessmen who want to buy the club on two conditions, one of them being that the governing body (which they want changed but unsure exactly what to) to have a guarantee that the governing body will underwrite them financially until they turn a profit.
Your crowds are ok, but the club still running at a massive loss.

Are you advocating that all clubs, including those in Sydney with decades more tradition than your club, get the same guarantees from the new governing body your club seems intent on advocating ?

I notice youre silent on applauding Sydney when they get a crowd that is deemed acceptable by your figure base, or is that never attainable ?

Still 1,700 tickets left for the Dragons v Sharks game at 5:30pm Saturday.

At least it should mean a crowd of 20K minimum to be announced tomorrow, but still if you were thinking of going, you can still secure tickets.

2GB also reported that 45000 tickets have been sold for next weeks match between the broncos and saints. Don't know how much truth there is to that though.
