I don't even know how to verbalise how I feel - angry, embarrassed, sad...all in one.
Even I think giving us a chance (however slim) to win the Premiership is wrong.
I am an opposition fan and I don't mind it.
It needs to be a very slim chance, and you probably will not make it.
This way preserves the integrity of the competition with Parra turning up and having a dig each week, it is the fairest way to solve the problem.
Otherwise you need to work out what to do to reinstate fairness.
The Storm did a good job of turning up each week when playing for zero points, but they should never have been placed in that position.
For me, the ideal outcome now, is Parra go close but ultimately miss the 8.
If they make the 8 with an apparently legal side, they deserve to be there.
There is a very remote chance they could win the comp, I would not like to see it.
But it is not worth trashing the comp to prevent that remote possibility.
Feel for the eels fans, and this years squad who finally look like they are coming good. First Ricky, now this, does the suffering ever end as a RL fan??
Hopefully out of the ashes the Eels can get a new BoD and management who can take the club to where it should be and maximise the benefit of the glorious new stadium they are going to move into.
Ive got nothing but sympathy for parra fans and heck even the players. Im not trying to stick the boot in and i do agree with el diablo that its not just parra cheating and they only copped it because they are dysfunctional but it just wouldn't sit well with me if the eels succeed with an illegally assembled team.
I also understand that parra fans shouldnt pay for the stupidity of the board.

I'm furious. I'm also pretty drunk.
I'm furious that the boards involved have killed our season. I'm furious that possibly the best squad we've assembled in the NRL era is playing for minor placings. I'm furious that Brad Arthur has to deal with this, because there is no way he deserves it. I'm furious that politics at Parramatta are so f**ked up that these jokers will kill the club to maintain power. I'm furious at the snakes that have orchestrated this from the grass and are waiting to swoop on power for themselves...
I'm furious that my first thought when it all broke was how I was glad my poor old grandfather isn't around to see his club do this
If it was the Raiders id be devastated. It sucks to be let down by clubs we support.
why won't you answer the question?
Where did you get your info that Craig Bellamy knew anything was going on? He is a coach and that is what he does. If you ask any of the 16 coaches they will all say the same. Unless you think that Brad Arthur is in on all the contract negotiations at corruptamatta.
Why are Storm fans not victims of our rotten CEO. If you think that corruptamatta fans aren`t victims of a rotten committee then you are wrong.
I hope that eels fans stand behind their team as Storm, warriors, dogs, fans stood by their team.

I think that's fair enough, and proof is in Waldron's actions after the news broke - he scurried away like a rat leaving a sinking ship.
These board members can all too easily f**k everything up for clubs.
And of course he was sought after for comment today.
Although he made one good point, seems the NRL got the points issue right this time.
Even if they put you on a negative points tally it would give the players something to play for.
Good luck for the rest of your season Eelementry.
Storm played that year with a purpose. They raised $150,000 for different charities.
