What about poor blokes like Reni. He Deducted wins.

Only played half a season, plus he's not on superstar money.

I think counting extra wins is a fair yardstick for the new players to a club if they're among the highest paid, which is why it'll be a good indication of how much Sandow brings to the Eels next year.

But on the same note, it won't mean much for the contributions of players like Esi Tonga and Taulima Tautai - they should be judged more on individual contributions.

I did, no harmony, people are frustrated and no one has any idea what's going on. So that's not a dig??? Really why bring us up at all??? If he's so happy over there and with a semi final coming why mention Parra??? He still sounds dirty he was let go IMO. He still seems a sook.
cos they probably f'n asked him!

I can already judge Sandow now because there is no way we will have less wins next year.

I was unfit and lazy at Parra but I'm better now

"I'm just really happy I'm out of there.

The club that nurtured him through his teens and early 20's. Sent him to London Broncos because his mind wasn't focused. In the end he met his Alan Bond and left.

Nice comment Feleti. Love you too.

"plus there seemed to be certain elements of the club pulling in different directions so that gave me an excuse to go in no direction at all".

Feleti will always look good in, and will sonetimes add to, a team going well (eg end of 09) but he doesn't have the drive to turn around a struggling team. So I'm not too sure he'd have helped us win this year. It's just as likely he'd have pissed and moaned and the boys would have come last or not been talking so positively about the future.

I LOVE watching him play but we can do without his attitude at the moment. In 2 years when we're cemented back in the top 4 then he might be good for us again, though with his attitude he'll probably be starting to get fat by the age of 29.

Because the reporter would have asked him about Parra??? Get a clue.

Ps top three player for us this season. Cue lame insults about him from some Parra fans.

And a mature, sensible person would have answered differently. He spoke "on behalf of" other players FFS.

Even king of the kids Brad Fittler had to mature to win comps, and he was twice the talent Feleti is (though he does seem to have regressed now they've got him playing "funny man" at channel nine!!)

What type of club would release a match winner like mateo seriously. This guy can turn a match by himself with his runs and offloads.

Just imagine next year hayne , mateo and sandow.

Now that would have been something ?

Fast Eddie, again you don't understand what we say about Feleti.

Great bloke who never matched the deeds on the field consistently with his talent, that is why the comments are a little negative. As he has done for the Warriors, his best play is coming off the bench as an impact player, and always will be. He gets a little lost in the frantic stuff in the finals and when he starts, hope he does really well for the Warriors as we all have a soft spot for him.

Put it this way, he is getting paid as if he was Thaiday or Gallen and more than Hindy , so good luck to him.

Good point bout the hayne, sandow and Mateo thing that would be good. But simply we didn't want to pay the type of money warriors were dishing out for him.

Just like souths with sandow this year.

Next year we will be fine with maitua after a full off season

I really can't be bothered getting into this again, as has been said its worked out well for everyone involved. We get a player we desperately need, he's played great this season and you guys don't want him. And he got out at the right time. Find it more funny he is getting sprayed for his comments.

yeah reni is going to win you so many matches :o:o

Yeah coz Mateo won us so many last year....and he did a bloody good job of beating ur lot last week for nz.

He was a sad loss for us but we have maitua to do a similar job as Mateo. After a full pre season maitua will be much better next year.

Plus u can see in maituas attitude that he is a much more hard worker than Mateo. Mateo tends to drop off the planet in games he gets lazy. I havnt seen reni do that for us this year.

But who knows how Mateo wouldve gone under Kearney.
