Makes a nice change for a player to speak his mind. Good on him! Hope he comes back to the NRL.

NRL would be good. But I was kinda preferring that he fight Ian Roberts in a charity boxing match. I don't even like Souths or Manly.

Oh hell with it, make it a bare knuckled match. Maybe they can agree to terms like the loser still gets a guaranteed reach around.

Who really cares if people are gay? Who really cares if people prefer union to league? Yes we have our preferences of who we make our friends based on what we we have in common. I find instant common ground of eager discussion with fellow male cricket fans, regardless their sexual preference, culture, origin, race, sex, gender or anything else. But do we really care if someone eats their boiled egg from the small or big end up in this day and age?

I don't have any gay friends that I can confirm right now. But life experience teaches me that I'd prefer a good gay friend to a bad straight friend regardless of where their soul goes, if existing, after they die.

He’s just your typical fundamentalist who beliefs in fairytales based on faith rather then evidence. There are heaps of people like that in the Nrl let alone society. He was just silly enough to share the views from his favourite book whereas others generally keep the gay stuff to themselves. I’ve gotta admit, I’m curious his thoughts on shellfish and tattoos as they aren’t supposidly aloud either. I have no issue with the NRL taking him back. For the record, I have no issue with NRL players who believe in Santa and the Easter Bunny playing either.

The game is not the same as when he last played. Don't think he'd even slightly as good.

Has done bugger all in union for few years.

Why would you have a problem in believing in the Easter Bunny? Have you not ever seen nor eaten a chocolate egg?

Chocolate eggs are real, thus
the easter bunny is real.

But which end do you eat them from?

Plus I’m pretty sure that the Easter bunny died for Santa’s sins...

But he delivered the immortal quote first:

'Ask what not a Santa stew can do you, but what you can do for Santa's stew'.

But I think Santa gets a bad rap, how else is Santa supposed to give us all nike shoes at Christmas without the sweatshop labour of elves?

As Bono in his new puma kicks said when they hung Santa out to dry - don't they know its Christmas time?

But Bono knows by now that christmas charity is a g8-way gift. Before you know it - you'll be charitable all year round.

It's almost like he is looking for a way out. After the last time this seems like a direct threat to ARU to do something about it
