No , always lived in QLD.
Only reason I started following dogs was because it was the first jersey I ever bought, and it was the only one left in the store. (I was 5yrs old).

Only 25 yrs ago!!

No team from WA in the NRL yet unfortunately, thanks to the greedy money men!
But at least we have the Kalgoorlie Brothers putting this town on the RL map! The ONLY rugby league club that travels 600kms to games and play in a state comp in Australia!

1. because they didn't exist when i started following League.

2. the saturation media coverage that they receive sh!ts me to tears.

I've been all about the place. Was born in Fremantle, the olds moved back to Sydney to be with the family when I was still a wee lad. Bounced from Bronte, Clovelly, Glenfield, Rose Bay, Matraville and now in Randwick. Am a fourth generation Souths fan (its in the blood!). As for the remainder of my life story...

Started watching Rugby League in 97 (when i was 5) and i randomly chose a ARL team and a Super League team to support (Of course i didnt know anything about the SL war)

I chose Norths and Penrith

No

Birth: Bankstown, therefore Canterbury
Resides: An equal distance from Campbelltown, Bankstown, and Parramatta really. Liverpool doesn't have a local.

Born and started out in the North Shore- No. Hardly took any notice of the Bears or the footy for that matter.
Moved to the Central Coast- No. I hated Manly when the Northern Eagles were formed. Only reason I went to their home games was to sit with the opposition fans and boo them.

Live in Brisbane- No. I hate the Broncoscum. Wouldn't piss on their Leagues Club if it was on fire. Indeed would rub hands together and say "Great! Bring on the Crushers!"

Nope not any more. Up until i was 20 i'd lived in Bondi and played for Bondi Utd. Then moved to Souffs territory (Surry Hills, and now Botany) to the present day. Interesting question though. Teams like the Roosters have a very small geographical area but are supported far and wide across the country. If you looked at our supporter base right now, hardly any of them live in the Eastern Suburbs anymore. I reckon we'd almost have more supporters in Brisbane than in the Eastern Suburbs.
