Interesting discussion.
Ange Postecoglou is a perfect example of a manager that values both the fans AND his team. He never throws his players under the bus and takes full responsibility when things don't quite go right.
He is also brutal with the media bums but in a very subtle way. He currently has the English press eating out of his palm, and still tears them down when they ask stupid questions, yet, and in a humorous way.
Yes, he is running on a wave of success, but that is all he has pretty much ever had everywhere his has gone.
He is probably one of the most impressive managers I've ever seen in how he deals with press conferences. He doesn't talk shit, yet is honest and up front, and he rarely gets surly, like Bellamy, Bennent and Stuart.
In his Aussie style, he tells it how it is succinctly and with style.
He would be the perfect case study as to how to deal equally with his players, the fans and the media.
