In the land of rugby league, there's a tale quite absurd,
Of Hineyrulz and Eelementary, oh, how they stirred!
They picked on Mitchell Moses, made him the joke,
Said he's underperforming, it's all just a hoax!

They expected him to be like Cleary, so grand,
But in the real world, it's hard to understand,
That Moses is solid, doing his best,
While Cleary's a gem, truly outshining the rest.

I think Cleary is much more talented.
Much more??? He's not quicker or has a good as step as Moses and i don't think his boot is as big. He has a better passing game is more consistent and a much stronger defender. Much of that has little to do talent.

Would Cleary make our Eels a better side or alternatively would Moses make The Smuggies a worse side? Theres much more to it I reckon.
JFH and Leota are the best club front row pairing since Webcke and Civoncieva in the early 2000s with the Broncos.

I reckon you take those 2 out of Penrith and you could argue they are a significantly more weaker then say if cleary is just missing by himself.

Sure. Fair enough.

I, for one, don't have confidence that he can lead us to a Premiership, due to his inconsistency.
Besides Cleary, in 2024 and beyond which halfback would give you confidence that they could lead us to a premiership?

I don’t think Cleary is much more talented. Maybe slightly more.

where Cleary clearing has the edge, is his temperament. He has ice in his veins and nothing overawes him.

he’s the equivalent to Stephen Roger Waugh! Not the quickest, best, most talented but he has an edge.
Fair comment. ‘Much more’ was an overstatement on my part.

His team in general dont appear to panic. This has to be a huge contributing factor.

I've seen him take plenty of games by the scruff of the neck. I've also seen him ice big moments.

Is he perfect? No.

Has there been games where he could have done better? Yes.

Is he as good as Cleary? Absolutely not.

Is he as good as anyone not called Cleary? I think so.

Be carefull. Pou blocked me for calling him out after he said Cleary is average and can only perform in the Panthers system.

Cleary will go down as the best ever..He is only 25.
