Geez, quigs, what a poster

I dont really care who gregstar goes for, his posts are the weakest I have seen on LU
Does he have a favourite team? Does he support league at all? Does he have an opinion on anything?
I truly pity him
But then I pity myself more, because his uninspired and depressing posts make my eyes bleed

Gregstar do yourself a favour you poor, poor bastard
Find a tall tree and a short rope - just end it

Coming from you mate, thats pretty rich.

Guys, guys,

Kiss and make up...... the neighbors are talking.

Salmon did you borrow my pic. As Con the Fruiterer used to say,

Duuzzzzaannnnnttt matteer.

I've come up with another brilliant fund raising idea for the Sharkies.

We could start a toll on the southern side of the two bridges for when the Saint George Illawarra (Illa-who) Dragons fans have to travel the 50 odd km to their homeground. Well the one down south. Might make a couple of dollars for the end of season trip.

But some of them are pretty cunning. Probably use the Appin road.

Anyone else got any ideas of how we Sharkies can raise some more funds.

As I said at the beginning of this posting..... guys remember the bottom line, it is only a game....... it is not the end of the world.

Merry Christmas

Just making the 96 GF was an over achievement from that dragons side, they had no right to even get close it was an awesome effort.

Manly were several classes above St. George that year.

Manly were several classes above everyone that year, and probably were for the three years from 1995-97.

But making the GF when they were tipped by some pundits to finish with the Wooden Spoon is quite an achievement, I'm sure you'll agree Sully.

Cronulla competed until early in the second half in that semi final and did beat Manly earlier in the year. St. George were never in the hunt. And Ridge was never tackled properly.

How could they be favourites for the wooden spoon in a competition that also included Souths, Gold Coast and South Queensland?

cronulla never looked like scoring a point - all they had was a kick bombs & hope tactic! i did support them that day but in reality they had as much chance as saints - probably less!

Manly had excellent defence that year. They averaged something like eight points against per game.
