No doubt he us a great try scorer on the receiving end of a good backline
But his defence is sus and he wanted fullback money which he is not
Same with Val Holmes
he is and should be a star winger
Addo Carr ditto
BMoz etc
Ramsey dito. 😊

Ramsay a lot younger and it is his first full year in 1st grade
He needs to be given time to develop his deficiencies
BMoz did not kill it in 1st year
Plenty of good wingers in that category
Even Addo Carr could not defend for his life at Melb initially
It took time but Bellamy got his game rounded
Johnston is a seasoned player
Ramsay, reminds me of Bmoz.

At least Ramsey plays with some dedication and passion.....like Jack Bird theres errors in their game but their competitors....exactely what we want moving forward

The hardest thing to develop as a winger is the making meters out of their own end/getting used to FG collisions etc. Rava and Lomax have only just got good at it and they are huge. He’ll get there for sure. He’s usually first one up in defence, has good decision making and punches well above his weight in defence. If there is a try to be scored he scores it. He’s a good one and for someone in his first year it’s not as though he’s a weak link his only weakness is the lack of metres out of his end but that will come in a couple. Unlike Saab he doesn’t have a Turbo feeding him good ball.

Agree 100%....look how much he has grown in 1 season under Bennett....Griffin not at fault....deal was done before then...again, we all know who is responsible....
Thing is I think he would have improved even not under Bennett. He is hitting that age, all he needed was some faith and prolonged game time. It’s amazing what continuity does for a player and a side.

What do you do when your allegedly busting a gut to get a run..you ask what areas you need to improve and get told " Work Harder ! "

Have heard this same comment for more than 1 ex player....the mind boggles.
