I’m hearing ya. Playing Manly and Canberra up in Brisbane is a bonus compared to Brookie and Canberra. Let’s hope this shit sorts it’s self out ASAP and we can focus on winning games.

One thing that doesnt add up here bud, you would think that if 9 or 10 had signed then why wouldnt the other two.....Im assuming the signing was to do with outsiders being there and not just players...if thats the case surely the majority would know there wernt thats why they've signed

I agree with you but with the players we will have missing it will need more than just the venue bonus to get away with a win from these 2 sides....possibility with Canberra but very unlikely with Manly

So Lomax and Alvaro can’t be forced to sign the documents. Will have to quarantine for 14 days but can serve their suspension during that period. What is going on

It depends how the document is written, without knowing the exact wording of the document I have no issue with players refusing. No other nrl players have been asked to sign a stat Dec regarding their breaches, so why should we?

We have no idea what the issue really is

I wouldn’t be so quick as to accept the NRL’s version of what is going on, or the media’s spin on it.

For all we know they are being asked to sign some form of indemnity as to damages the NRL may suffer if it is found players at the party transmitted COVID to someone outside the bubble.

They could be unfairly accused and have to spend money defending a damages claim from the NRL.
