Brilliant.... fantastic... what a supercoach!!!! Put a back rower in the centres and put a centre at 5/8... dont use a 5/8 as a 5/8 and leave the back rower in the back row and the centre in the centres... noooo... to simple... price is one smart cookie... its the game plan to catch the opposition unaware... brilliant price... brilliant!!!!! I wouldnt let this knob jockey coach an under 4's team!!!!

HHahaha. Reading that in Rodney Dangerfield's voice made me laugh. No respect.

Hoping Siejka is a late inclusion. But the selection that bothers me most is still Mitch Rein

I hate to put a positive spin on this but If the Panthers beat us as I think they will then this will only I hope put another nail in Prices coffin. In my opinion it's us or Parra for the spoon and surely if that was to happen he would be gone.

...me too.

Hey, what about something really out of left field.

Fien to hooker, Harry at halfback.

If things got even close to the farcical state they are in now I would have thought that coffin was already bolted shut and 20 feet under. I guess it's a case of 1/2 Fein, center Prior, 5/8 Stanley, first choice hooker Rein and backrower Au Mau only going when Price goes and Price only going after Doust goes.

Come on Fiery, Doust is doing a great job, premiership in 2010 and some very good signings for 2014 don't you think?

Did we really expect anything different?

Thank God the Eels are travelling poorly otherwise we would be dead set contenders for the spoon.....I cant believe our inside backs...unbelievable that we have to field this team again ..whats happened to this very proud club of ours ...we were once steeped in tradition, now I feel we're becoming the easy beats....as the season has progressed we have been linked with so many players for this year and except for Dugan the others havnt turned up or we buy them and don't use them.....:(

The only reason Dugan came was because he had no where else to go. Even Parrathetic can attract players. Doust, Price, what the f**k are you dumbmerkins doing?

Has Cooper broken his neck or Toe? How long has he been out. These two centres surely the worst in the comp. Pretty sad situation at the moment. Reminds me a lot of the dragons in the late 80s, ordinary teams until they flicked some old heads. Young was one of them!!!

Prior isn't a centre so how can you say he's the worst he's yet another Hornby manufactured into another position because this time the coach is either a total dumb shit or just flat out doesn't care.

Green is still young and learning his trade in first grade so its way to early to write him off I remember the same thing being said about a young Matt Cooper and Josh Morris and we all know how that has turned out.

I think Doust gets too much stick. The appointment of Price has turned out to be a poor one, but all managers make mistakes. People like may argue Doust didn't learn his lesson from the Brown days, but in reality, the appointments of Brown and Price are almost, if not, are, incomparable. Brown was a 29 year old man fresh from the footy field, with absolutely zero or very limited coaching experience and an already questioned possession of authority over his team, because he was mates with them. Price however, has been in the coaching ranks at the dragons for quite a while, and had some experience learning under Bennett. He's never been 'mates' with the players, and was not yet to reach his thirties when he was appointed.

I agree with all of that but I'm absolutely astonished the situation has become such a farce without Doust admitting his mistake and getting rid of Price.

Everyone makes mistakes. It's what you learn from these mistakes that makes a great man.

1. Brown....underperforming for years...kept getting a contract extension.
2. Price...showing he knows f**k all about coaching...gets a contract extension.

These are/were my major issues with Doust

Creagh, however, described Siejka – who has played only four NRL games – as a fall-back option.
‘‘It’s nice to have him as a back-up half for us, as well as Josh [Drinkwater],’’ Creagh said.
‘‘I think Chase has done a good job at five-eighth for us, considering he’s played centre for most of his career and it’s a tough position to play.
‘‘He’s been defending there well and we’ll give him some time to help [get] his confidence.’’
Drinkwater was dropped from the Cutters’ line-up to allow Siejka to play at halfback.

So how much do we have to FALL down the ladder before we use Drinkwater or Seijka?
what a dumb comment, Creagh is no better than Price the tumbleweed brain.
