Isn't the stand down policy threshold at 11 years, or at the NRLs discretion if the alledged offence is committed against a female?

De Belin, Walker, May stood down after NRL invoke new rule

St George Illawarra enforcer Tariq Sims has nominated brother Korbin as the player to fill Jack de Belin's role at lock after the NRL implemented their no-fault stand down policy on Monday night.

The rule will see the automatic no-fault stand down of players charged with serious criminal offences and grant the NRL CEO discretion to stand down players charged with other criminal offences, particularly those involving women and children.

Regardless of his guilt or innocence, the fact that a high profile person like Brown puts himself in this position is absolutely staggering. Im not sure if the clubs do any sort of training in regard to what players do in their spare time but.....why risk it????
