I get the reason why, when most people can't use just their names as they would be taken already so it's easier to add a number at the end. The first thing that would come to mind would be your birth day/year. Problem is, you are then giving away a lot of information to prospective identity thieves or people trying to hack into your accounts

They can probably find your day and month of birth somewhere on socials they you give away your dob, your age to someone you just met and shared emails with and your favourite sex position.

I did work experience with my Uncle when I was in Year 10.
