The first time I played Oztag, in Carlingford in about 1995, no merkin knew the rules, including the refs, so we were all running around knocking the defenders' hands away and killing it. Plenty of handbags got thrown around that's for sure.

I think Reg is still running.
It's just mind boggling that certain clubs and certain players seem to escape the scrutiny and punishment.
Repeat offenders and we all know who they are but get slapped with a feather.
Integrity is at an all time low...

Titans fullback knees Russell in the back, while Russell is scoring a try - cool, no worries; not even worth a penalty.

Asofa-Solomona hits Makatoa from behind with a swinging arm to the face - yeah, a fine will do.

Junior Paulo hits Brimstone with a shoulder-to-shoulder bone-rattler - can't have that! Must suspend him!

I hate this game.

I think the NRL admitted he should've been binned and suspended. But also it was fairly low impact I reckon. Looked worse than it was.

So was Paulo's hit on AJ Brimson, if the tackle even hit him in the head it looked more dramatic then physically damaging or hurtful. As was evidenced by Brimson himself chirping away after the tackle to Paulo and pointing to his shoulder as Paulo is walking off.

The clowns running the game in so many areas are ruining it almost every week. They have no right to be in the game and making decisions. They have no common sense and no spine. Put that combo together and you have modern day Rugby League.

As for that clown Referees Director, all he is is a politician fronting the press each week and doing damage control while rarely anything ever really changes or gets fixed long term. Like I have said previously until the NRL/ARLC gets it in their heads that they need to make the coaches liable for repeated infringements in game with suspensions and deductions on salary cap expenditure then nothing will ever change. Coach are in charge of the game now. We need to take that power away from them. Ruining the game with multiple penalties and or sin bins only hurts the fans that support and pay everyone's salaries.

We need to go to the source of the problem and hammer the culprits that dictate the way players behave out on the field. The coaches are so lets get them. The rules of the game are not the problem and should be respected not continually abused by these ego driven, win at all cost maniacs. I say it's coach season. 🎯

We should be targeting the coaches not the game. Watch how fast they all step back into line once a coach or two gets suspended.

Played in the early 2000s. We were called the two-piece feeds. We were notorious for our Brian Smith style finals meltdowns.

I knew a chick, pretty decent looking but not too bright, a bit of a party girl. She was having trouble finding work (temp agency work in offices) until she was advised to change her email address, which was her name followed by 6969@hotmail.com
I did work experience with my Uncle when I was in Year 10.

He ran a factory in western Sydney and I spent a couple of weeks there. Helped HR review applications for a job. One of the applicants wrote a sob story about how he’s Parra fan and deserves a break.

I would have hired the merkin!

yeah, i dont understand why ppl append the year of their birth to their names
I get the reason why, when most people can't use just their names as they would be taken already so it's easier to add a number at the end. The first thing that would come to mind would be your birth day/year. Problem is, you are then giving away a lot of information to prospective identity thieves or people trying to hack into your accounts
