Agreed. Greenberg has conflicts left and right. Add to that he has zero experience in assessing evidence and adjudicating on these types of matters. Thank f**k we have a retired silk in the appeals process who will be able to take stock of the evidence and the asses the reliability of witnesses.

Sadly, whilst we should be entitled every opportunity to seek natural justice before an independent arbitrator, the media will collectively roll their eyes and claim that it's the GO5 clinging on and spending members cash, when they should have walked.

BA wasn't saying anything about a particular player.

I never said that we make a bias claim. All I want is our situation to be reviewed by an independent arbitrator that personally is not mentioned as part of the evidence.
