So how is that even Possible?? ... I understand if it's OLGA but how does Troy Grant have the power to sack a leagues club board ?

Don't think this has anything to do with us appealing the decision mate, they have to go. Especially after last nights news about the 3 EGM proposals being turned down.

I can't see an Administrator going through with an appeal, particularly if there is any money involved to appealing (paying lawyers).

He was just on the radio and I believe that is his portfolio and he said he has the power. He didn't say he'd be doing it Monday though. He just said he has told his staff to get a move on to get to the stage to stand them down.

I can't see that holding up if the PLC challenged the matter in court. You'd be hard pressed to establish that the board of the PLC Registered Club is not effective as a governing body.

Just because they're not effective as a governing body of an NRL team does not automatically make them not effective as a governing body of the Registered Club

Triple M are following this lead now. They are trying to get Troy Grant on this arvo.

In the meantime you can ask the Member for Dubbo yourself here --> https://twitter.com/troygrant

Not everyone thinks it's a good idea. I too want to hear the details. Best case scenario is that the administrator is in until the now scheduled EGM. Worse case IMHO is that a bunch of suits run us for a set 18 months etc.
