Then why not register his agreed contract?

We were stupid to ask for a cap concession, but we wouldnt have to do it if Schubert wasnt a stupid brainless f*ckwit.

Glad the ARLC didn't fold to allow this merkin back in the game.

The game is bigger than one player, and no exception to the rules should be made for anyone - especially one who turned his back on the game.

Sucked in Parra and Izzy really should have his card stamped now. f**k him he can go play other sports he can't just make millions playing other games to come back and expect the game to bend the rules for him.

For the balance of their side parra are better off spending this money on a top line forward.

After wasting away to starvation levels to be able to play fumbleball he would have been blasted into a fine powder within minutes of taking the field back in the nrl. Good move to go play in a much safer, softer code.

Izzy is a money grabbing wanker whose main claim to fame was an ability to catch a high ball in a city used to fumbling stick insects. The eels needed him like Ricky Stuart needs angry pills. I'm glad he's gone to penalty ball. Hopefully some fat bastard prop falls on him and sends him to his beloved Jesus.

Regardless of the whole Izzy situation, the ARLC/Grant are bloody useless.

Its December and the salary cap for 2013 hasnt even been finalised yet. I mean, that should have been sorted mid season ffs. how are clubs expected to stay under, or fill thier salary cap preciously if they dont even know their limit. LOL.

This game is slowing becoming a joke and so far the ARLC have done f**k all.

Weilder is saying the deal was approved by the nrl it folau picked union. It's obvious that the bloke is just a money hungry piece of sh*t. Good riddance, don't want the scum near our code.

Funny that the only clubs that were 'over' the Salary Cap were Parramatta and Manly... Every other club seemed fine.

Looks like he was just wasting Parra's time.

Or he bided time until his manager got a better deal overseas.

REGARDLESS OF AGENDA,

do you agree the salary cap FOR 2013 SHOULD have been sorted a f**king half year ago?

answer that without your judgemental horseshit attitude.

This has already probably been raised somewhere in the last 17 pages between all the f**k off Eels and f**k off Folaus, but didn't Manly just get knocked back by the NRL for trying to break the cap to keep Brett Stewart?

I really detest turncoat fickle code switch players who decide to switch when they please and expect the NRL and clubs to bend over backwards to accomodate them. Has the NRL really missed Folau that much? After the initial first few weeks he was gone, did anyone really notice his absence? The NRL should so some backbone and refuse to register any contract for Folau. Let him play park AFL or Japanese rugby or whatever.

Hang on, if a 4 year contract was approved by the NRL does that mean that it was signed off?

If it was then we should sue Folau.

I'm not sure, maybe the approval by the NRL is the last step of legality and not at the time when he signs the contract with Parra.
