Its December and the salary cap for 2013 hasnt even been finalised yet. I mean, that should have been sorted mid season ffs. how are clubs expected to stay under, or fill thier salary cap preciously if they dont even know their limit. LOL.

I really detest turncoat fickle code switch players who decide to switch when they please and expect the NRL and clubs to bend over backwards to accomodate them. Has the NRL really missed Folau that much? After the initial first few weeks he was gone, did anyone really notice his absence? I'm not sure,maybe the approval by the NRL is the last step of legality and not at the time when he signs the contract with Parra.
